Strategic & Creative Marketing that works
Having recently ‘refreshed’ their brand, which had been in use for a decade, Manx Telecom asked us to help them launch their new brand into the market and bring it to life for retail and business customers and their staff.
Using the findings from our earlier research we created our very own internal brand story document, which we used to develop initial visuals for the many creative applications required. We then implemented the rollout across staff uniforms, vehicle livery, signage, retail outlet and point of sale, website ux, print and broadcast media and all printed collateral.
Working to tight deadlines and coordinating multiple suppliers was admittedly sometimes challenging, however with a member of our account management team working on-site with Manx Telecom’s marketing team, communication was seamless and any issues could be dealt with immediately.
All elements of the brand rollout (dynamic and static) were delivered on time and within budget.
The response from consumers and staff has been extremely positive and sales of both mobile and fixed line products are well ahead of target.
